Random notes.  That’s what this blog is all about.  I was keeping them in Facebook Notes until 25May2011 when I copied them into this blog.

I don’t exactly need a soap box, and I spend tons more time listening than speaking, so you should expect posts here will be few, unless life gets more interesting all of a sudden.

    I am gluten intolerant and tried eating gluten free bread and some cookies and crackers that had it in it. I had the same experience with gas and feeling awful. I also started having pain in my esophagus and was diagnosed with a disorder called eosinophilic esophagus and found out I was allergic to tapioca flour which also is in all prepared food stuff. It is also called modified food starch. Went to my allergy doctor and he diagnosed it and after having a gastrointestinal doctor scope me, I was diagnosed with this autoimmune disease. I also have fibromyalgia.
